Rodrigo Castilla (Buenos Aires)
Rodrigo began his career in cuisine at the age of 18, working in various restaurants in Buenos Aires and Patagonia.
After training in The BUE TRAINERS, he left to Europa at the tender age of 22.
During his 8-year trek, he worked in London, Barcelona and Majorca in restaurants headed by Gary Rhodes, Richard Corrigan and Miguel Sanchez Romera (L’Ésguard), and was head chef of La Generalitat in Barcelona.
Returning to Buenos Aires in 2008, he fulfilled a project he had long held dear, opening his own “bistronomic” restaurant, Las Pizarras Bistro, which has a penchant for French cuisine with Argentinean influences.
